Memorandum to Senior Agency Officials for Records Management (SAORM): Federal Agency Records Management Annual Reporting Deadline Reminder

Dear Senior Agency Official for Records Management (SAORM),

This is a friendly reminder that the 2025 Federal Agency Records Management Annual Reporting deadline is May 15, 2026.

On March 9, you should have received an email from me with instructions for completing the 2025 SAORM Report. If you were unable to access the template on our website, please contact rmselfassessment@nara.gov immediately. 

Please send the completed report to us at rmselfassessment@nara.gov by close of business on May 15, 2026.
