Memorandum to Senior Agency Officials for Records Management (SAORM): Federal Agency Records Management Annual Reporting Deadline Reminder

Dear Senior Agency Official for Records Management (SAORM),

This is a friendly reminder that the 2024 Federal Agency Records Management Annual Reporting deadline is March 14, 2025.

On January 13, you should have received an email from me with instructions for completing the 2024 SAORM Report. If you were unable to access the template on our website, please contact rmselfassessment@nara.gov immediately. 

Please send the completed report to us at rmselfassessment@nara.gov by close of business on March 14, 2025.

Your SAORM report will be published on our website, so please ensure that your report is fully releasable and not restricted under FOIA. 

If you have already submitted your report, I thank you. I appreciate your efforts to help NARA better understand the challenges your agency faces as well as your strategies for success.
