MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: 2018 Records Management Customer Satisfaction Survey
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has opened the 2018 Records Management Customer Satisfaction Survey. The intent of the survey is to capture your opinions regarding NARA's records management services. Participation is voluntary but highly encouraged. We hope you will take this brief survey. We will use your feedback to shape our services in the future. Attached to this message is a blank survey for reference purposes only.
You will be receiving an email from LJ Divine (email@example.com) with a link to the survey tool. Once inside, you will find more detailed instructions on how to complete the survey. Please be aware of the following information before you enter your responses:
- If you must exit the survey before completing it, you will be able to return to the survey using the original link, but only if you are accessing the survey from the same device you started the survey on.
- If you would like to print your survey responses, you must use your browser to print each page.
- You will have the opportunity to review, change, and print off your responses until you submit the survey—do so by clicking the “Done” button presented on the last page of the survey.
- Once you have submitted your survey, you may exit the survey by closing your web browser window.
You will have until 11:45 pm EDT, May 18, 2018, to provide responses in the online survey. We estimate it will take between five to ten minutes to complete.
