MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Additional Corrections to GRS Transmittal 24

GRS Transmittal 24 was issued under AC 34.2015 on August 18, 2015.  We subsequently reported these typographical errors on September 3, 2015 under AC 35.2015.

  • Page 3, section 4 table, row for “FACA web site design, management, and technical operation records”: rescinded item is 2c2, not 2b2.
  • Page 31, 2.5 Crosswalk, item 010: superseded schedule is NC1-64-77-10, not NC1-64-77-7.
  • Page 31, 2.5 Crosswalk, item 011: superseded schedule is NC1-64-77-10, not NC1-64-77-7

We have since discovered these additional errors:

  • Page 38, GRS 2.8: last item number was incorrectly shown as 110. The correct item number is 101.
  • Page 237, GRS 27, item 4: DAA-GRS-2013-0007-0002 was incorrectly shown as the disposition authority.  The correct authority is DAA-GRS-2013-0007-0022.
  • Page 258, Old-to-New Crosswalk: GRS 1, item 17 was omitted.  It is now restored.
  • Page 262, Old-to-New Crosswalk: GRS 2, Item 23b retention incorrectly stated 1 year.  The correct retention is 1 month.
  • Page 263, Old-to-New Crosswalk: GRS 3, Item 5b1 incorrectly stated “Destroy when superseded or obsolete.”  The correct retention is “1 year after award or payment.”
