And 75 years later, hes still working hard.A legacy that great deserves the celebration to match.Texas A&M Forest Service invites you to wish Smokey Bear a happy birthday at the grand finale birthday bash on October 19.Come see the official Friends of Smokey Bear hot air balloon thats traveled all the way from Albuquerque, New Mexico. This must-see balloon is nearly ten stories tall and 72 feet wide!In addition to the hot air balloon, we'll also celebrate with carnival-like children's games, arts and crafts, bounce houses, a dunking booth, piatas, face painting, a meet and greet with Smokey, educational booths andof coursebirthday cupcakes.This come-and-go event is free and open to the public.All are invited to celebrate 75 years of Smokey Bear.
