This series contains correspondence, lease agreements, memoranda, appraisal reports, site management files, title papers, and analysis reports relating to the disposal of real property.  Real property is defined as land and buildings.  The records are for excess and surplus Federal Government real property including military bases, industrial complexes, research and development facilities, United States postal facilities, courthouses, wildlife refuges, Corps of Engineers flood control projects, Veterans Administration hospitals, and other government buildings.
