This series consists of correspondence with the public and the Washington office, periodic work reports, and forms relating to supplies and fiscal matters. The records were maintained by R. D. Marsden, office engineer at the Cypress Creek Drainage District in Arkansas. Drainage surveys were done in Desha, Jefferson, and Lincoln counties.
