NISPOM- National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual- A major component of the NISP is the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, also called NISPOM, or DoD 5220.22-M. The NISPOM establishes the standard procedures and requirements for all government contractors, with regards to classified information.
2005 Adjudicative Guidelines- The following adjudicative guidelines are established for all U.S. government civilian and military personnel, consultants, contractors, employees of contractors, licensees, certificate holders or grantees and their employees, and other individuals who require access to classified information.
