MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Calendar Year 2020 BRIDG Meetings
NARA’s Office of Agency Services hosts a series of Bimonthly Records and Information Discussion Group (BRIDG) meetings for members of the federal records management community throughout the year. In Calendar Year 2020, these meetings will be held on:

All BRIDG meetings are held at the National Archives Building in Washington, DC (Archives 1) at 700 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Metro's Yellow and Green lines stop at the Archives/Navy Memorial Station across the street. Use the Special Events entrance on the Constitution Avenue side of the building (used as an exit by the general public). You will still have to go through the metal detectors and bag checks, but you will not have to stand in visitor lines or go through the badging process. Each meeting is broadcast on YouTube and recorded for viewing at your convenience.
Each BRIDG meeting consists of 3 parts:
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Coffee/Networking with NARA Staff, McGowan Theater Lobby
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM BRIDG Meeting, William G. McGowan Theater, and YouTube
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Reservation-only meetings with NARA Appraisal Archivists, FRCP
Account Managers, and Records Accessioning Staff, Washington Conference Room
