Memorandum to Federal Agency Records Officers: Draft General Records Schedule for Agency Review - Revision to One Schedule
 
NARA invites federal agencies to comment on the following draft General Records Schedule (GRS):

• Revisions to GRS 6.1, Email and Other Electronic Records Managed Under a Capstone Approach

GRS review packages are posted on our website. Agencies can download the review package and comment form from the site. Send comment forms to GRS_Team@nara.gov by the posted deadline. 

Comments on this schedule will be accepted through August 7, 2026.
