Agency review of draft GRS schedules

As part of the General Records Schedule (GRS) development process we seek input from federal agencies on draft schedules. Below are the schedule review packages currently open for comment.

Please use this comment form to submit comments. Submit one form per schedule and indicate the schedule number on the form. All comments should be sent to GRS_Team@nara.gov. Comments received past the due date may not be reviewed.

We will only accept comments from federal agencies during this part of the process. The public has an opportunity to review and comment on General Records Schedules through the Federal Register process. 

Please consider distributing the draft schedules for comment to subject matter experts in your agency. We have learned that we receive the most helpful information from agency staff working with the records described on the schedule. 

We appreciate your staff taking the time to review these drafts and provide comments.
