Memorandum to Federal Records Management Contacts: Resending ERA Shutdown Information

Last Friday, February 10, we sent out AC Memo 22.2023 with information on ERA shutdown.

The memo contained an error. We want to be clear on what information will be migrated from the current ERA to the new ERA 2.0.

Any draft records schedules created prior to October 1, 2019 will not be migrated. All draft records schedules created from the start of Fiscal Year 2020 to the present will be available when ERA 2.0 is launched. 

The previous memo had the wrong date. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. We will continue to keep you updated on the migration of ERA.
