MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Moving approved NA-1005s  

Approved NARA forms 1005 (NA-1005), Verification for Implementing GRS 6.1, will be available in the Records Control Schedule (RCS) repository on Archives.gov starting Monday, September 23, 2019. While the NA-1005 is not an agency-specific schedule, it is required for agencies using the Capstone approach for email management to have an approved form before implementing GRS 6.1.  Moving these forms from GitHub to Archives.gov will provide a single location to find agencies' approved disposition authorities.
