Memorandum to Federal Records Management Contacts: Locating Draft Records Schedules in ERA

In March, we sent out AC 22.2022 asking agency records officers to review draft schedules created before FY 2020 and determine if any action is still needed. We received several questions on how to locate draft records schedules in ERA. In response, we created a short one-page handout with step-by-step instructions.
