Memorandum to Federal Agency Records Officers: Draft General Records Schedule for Agency Review

NARA’s General Records Schedule (GRS) Team invites all federal agencies to comment on a draft GRS. We are taking a new approach to making schedules available for agency review. GRS review packages will now be posted on our website. Agencies can download the review package and comment form from the site. Comment forms should still be sent to GRS_Team@nara.gov. We will continue to send out AC Memos announcing when schedules are open for comment.
 
A revised version of GRS 5.7, Administrative Management & Oversight Records, is now open for comment. Comments will be accepted through May 27, 2022.
