Acting Director, Congressional Affairs

Grace McCaffrey was appointed the Acting Director of Congressional Affairs in 2025. In this role, she leads the agency’s legislative and congressional relations. 

Prior to this role, Grace has served in several capacities within the federal government, including at the White House and on Capitol Hill. Additionally, she has also worked in the nonprofit sector, including at the White House Historical Association. 

Grace has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America.
