Erica Pearson

Erica Pearson is the Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity Office. As Director, she is the principal advisor to the Archivist on all EEO matters, and is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the agency's EEO program. Ms. Pearson works toward the systemic improvement of various aspects of equal employment opportunity which includes programs such as EEO complaints, Anti-harassment, Disability and Diversity and Inclusion. Ms. Pearson holds a B.A. in Accounting and a M.A. in Human Resource Management.
