Title and Date: [Requested declassification review of records from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) concerning interview reports in series 311-, 312-, 314-, and 323- that deal with two individual Soviet officers who served in special nuclear-missile logistics units known as 'mobile rocket technical bases' (PRTB), specifically: reports from 1979-1980, on source DS-339 service as warrant officer in 45 PRTB V/Ch (voyennaya chast-military unit number) 11649 at base Torgau, Soviet Group, former East Germany; and reports issued 1989-early 1990s, on Soviet field grade officer serving in one PRTB, Soviet Group, former East Germany, who also identified other nuclear-missile logistics units in this group.]
