The Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP) Bylaws, Rules, and Appeal Procedures

Published on July 9, 2012, describes the procedures to be followed by individuals or organizations who wish to bring matters before the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP), and the procedures that the ISCAP will follow to resolve these matters. The bylaws were included as a regulatory appendix, to 32 CFR part 2001. This rule revamps the bylaws and publishes them in their own part. The new bylaws do not change the deadlines for filing appeals to the panel.
