Memorandum To Federal Records Management Contacts: General Records Schedule (GRS) Status Update, January 2022

This notice is to inform agencies that the GRS Status Update page has been updated with the following changes:
 

• Additions for vaccine attestation and testing records in GRS 2.7 are moving forward for approval. Transmittal is expected in the next few months.
• We are working on a revision to GRS 2.3 to incorporate religious accommodation records into items 010 and 020.
• Drafts of two schedules, GRS 3.2 and 5.7, are out for agency comment. The comment period ends February 7. See AC 11.2022 for more information.
