Change for Film Negatives & Transparencies at the National Archives at College Park

As of January 2, 2017, the Still Pictures Research Room at the National Archives at College Park (Archives II) does not provide first access to original negatives or transparencies after 4:00 PM. Still film signed out prior to 4:00 PM may continue to be used until closure with approval of staff. To address acclimation needs, records from the cold vault requested at the 2:00 PM pull or may be served the following day.
