Research Room Hours

The research room at the National Archives in Washington, DC, is open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Research appointments are highly encouraged and may be scheduled on Eventbrite; you can also conduct research as a walk-in. Appointments up to September 30, 2024, are available on A1 Textual Event Page. Appointments from October 1, 2024, onward are available on the National Archives DC-area Research Appointments page.
