G Invoicing Status Update FY 27

To Our Valued Customers,

The Department of the Treasury has mandated that all interagency agreements be recorded in the G-Invoicing system to the extent possible. For the FY 2027 Interagency Agreement renewal cycle, NARA will initiate the agreements in G-invoicing and will be listed as the “servicing agency”. The interagency agreement must cite the NARA authority in Section VII. A fully executed agreement is to be in place by October 1st of every year. If an agreement or an acceptable substitute is not in place by that date, NARA will continue to bill for storage and services rendered.

In order to use Performance for billing purposes, your GT&C and initial order must be entered and approved in G-Invoicing no later than October 9th. Due to system limitations, any agreements that are not finalized in G-Invoicing by that date will be processed using the legacy forms 7600A and 7600B.
