Robert A. Millikan (1868 –1953) was an American experimental physicist and Nobel laureate in physics for his measurement of the charge on the electron and for his work on the photoelectric effect. He was a science adviser to President Franklin D. Roosevelt and the first executive head of the California Institute of Technology. This collection includes letters, notebooks, unpublished speeches, lecture notes, and family papers.
