Records Related to Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) at the National Archives: Moving Images and Sound Recordings

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has records in its custody across multiple record groups and collections related to unidentified flying object (UFO) and unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) investigations, sightings, and reporting. Record groups and collections are the highest level of archival description at NARA. Record group (RG) numbers are assigned by NARA to large organizations, such as federal departments or agencies.

This page provides a list of moving images and sound recordings related to UFOs and UAPs in the National Archives Catalog. The page is organized by record group, with links to featured content in the Catalog. This page will be updated as new records are made available online in the National Archives Catalog.
