FRC MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: New team of Account Managers for the Federal Records Centers Program
I am very pleased to announce that the Federal Records Centers Program (FRCP) has recently hired six Account Managers to help us better serve our agency customers. This new team has a wealth of experience in customer service and is available to help you find solutions to your records management challenges, listen to your feedback on FRC services, answer questions about your bills and contracts, provide information on new FRC services, and help you find training and other assistance for your staff.
Two of the Account Managers will be based in the Washington, D.C. area and the other four will be based in our regional offices. Please see below for information on which Account Managers will be serving your agency.
All of our new Account Managers will be in Washington, D.C. Wednesday, February 16 and Thursday, February 17 and will be available to meet with you one-on-one either after the FRC Forum/BRIDG meeting on February 16 or any time during the day on February 17.
