The Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) welcomes public comments through a variety of avenues, including
- the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Advisory Committee;
- the Chief FOIA Officers Council; and
- the OGIS Annual Open Meeting.
Please note that all comments submitted to the Chief FOIA Officers Council will be shared with the Office of Information Policy (OIP), Department of Justice, for consideration of posting on the Council’s website. Comments for the OGIS Annual Meeting will be accepted 30 days before and 30 days after the meeting. Note: this form should not be used to send sensitive information.
